We offer a 14 day preview to government institutions and established customers. This allows you the chance to view a product to determine if it will meet your needs. You must mail or fax your preview request, and it must be on your company or school letterhead. At the time we ship the product to you, we mail an invoice that states you are previewing merchandise for 14 days. If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with the product, then return it back to us within 14 days of receiving it for a full credit. (You are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise back to us). If you decide that you want to keep the product, then you can pay from the invoice that has been sent to you.  

All returns must be made within the 14 day viewing period, and  must be shipped with an insured carrier, insured for their full retail value. You must include a copy of the invoice with your return, marking on it exactly what you are returning. You are responsible for the product until we receive it back. You should keep all tracking information until you have received a credit memo from NIMCO stating that we have received the merchandise. Any items not returned within 14 days must be paid for within 30 days of receipt.
